First one:

Looks really good, I like the simplicity but it could have something else. Too simple for my taste.

The lighting is really basic though, it doesn't really look like you did much. I'd work on that, at the moment it looks too obvious.

Also, I'd burn or darken the right side so it somewhat matches up with the practically completely black left side.

Second one:

Not bad again. It's a bit messy though and therefore doesn't have much flow.
The text doesn't look good tbh. It doesn't really match with the BG and the color variation between the two is too high.

I'm also confused with your lighting. I saw something from the bottom right and the top left.

Work on lighting, flow and text.
