Dark border much better.... and text with it matches and looks nice.

I prefer the dark border but I agree with one of the comments above, the background needs to be a bit more detailed somehow.

Still, I like and I love Okami

V1 for sure.

Border is too thick though.
The background is way too plain and the effects are boring.

More work on the background would give a drastic change to the whole piece.
Effects need to be stronger. To me it doesn't really look you have any. Just a background and the render.
