I love it to ,i think you should erase the red brush away from his face

Yup erase the dark red brush on his face and also the red arrow on the right. Same goes for the small text in the upper right.

Some more brushes in the foreground would be good, to blend in the big face in the bg better.

I like the arrow it's random but it does fit this piece. It feels like one of those posters youd see around the ww2 era (1940's)

I would suggest the same thing, try to keep your focal clean, doesn't mean the focal should never have stuff on it but at least the face should stay clean of effect, in this case anyways
