Hey guys, this is it. My first big vector. It is a simplistic wallpaper. I myself don't know if i like the gradient or the text. Plz give me your thoughts It was made as a wallpaper for me because i have a widescreen laptop with a weird resolution :P.

    edit: oops forgot pic :P

very nice mate, i love it. not 100% certain about the black lines comming out of the hearts, but i'm not sure what the rules are about line art. Personaly I like the gradiant background, but again, not familar with the 'rules' of line art.

    Nice work dude.

That's pretty sweet... Could you make the lines look more like they are dripping, instead of just kind of blobbing down from the heart? Good job though...

I was thinking about making them look more "dripping" but i was going for a retro-ish look on this and i think i attained it pretty well. Thanks for commenting. I really like vector work, you can count on seeing more of this coming from me :-D

It looks really cool, although I have a few things to 'gipe' about hehe =). I think you should take the points out of the hearts, and round it up like the rest of it. Also, the text on the left side is pretty blurry and hard to see.

    Very ice though.

the hearts themselves are very well done. the scanlines on the border of the heart kinda mess with the vector style though. the dripping ink looks ok but i agree that it should be all black without that fine border around it (they kinda look like test tubes as they are now). overall a unique piece, nice job.

Hmm. . .i liked the scanlines on it, but idk. What do you guys think of the text? Should i just make it a simple simplistic text? And should i make a more complicated bg for it?
