For those without topaz

Heres a way to create a kind of topazey effect.

1. (new layer) Apply image
2. Go to Filters > Noise > Reduce noise, and play around with the settings
3. (new layer) Apply image
4. Go to Filters > Other > High pass
5. Set layer on soft light
6. Play around with opacity

The high pass part is used on almost all my photos. Works like a charm!

Yeah I used high pass before I had topaz too, it works well.

Before I had topaz I did smart sharpening. If you sharpen your tag the right way you can give it a topazed effect.
