    Default First vector

    Hey there, I have tried to do some vector.. it is still wip
    but I need an advice with shading
    I have quality problem too.. you see it is a bit pixelly on edges and I do not know why..
    some useful comments?

    It's not bad at all but the edges are definitely hurting it. What tool are you using for it?

    The edges are really choppy and squared. Are you using curved anchor points for the curves, or are you just adding many points to take a curve? I have no idea why the edges are choppy tho. When you fill do you right click when you've completed the path and choose fill, or are you doing it another way?

    I am using curved anchor points and for fill as you said, right click and fill.

    Looks like your spacing your anchor points way too far apart. Vectoring has some resemblance to rendering. Even when I'm working on curved edges, I just use regular anchor points, not the click+drag to get a curved line approach. I haven't opened PS in a while, but make sure you got anti-aliasing checked if that's an option.

    Yeah but your method takes forever. What is the resolution of your document?

    Those edges are horrible, decrease the spaces between point. Also, Starting using AI, quality is WAYYYYYYYYYY better.
