Well...you need to work on blending your effects together more. I can clearly see a line between everything you've added, and it disrupts the whole flow of your tag. You could try erasing around stuff with a soft edged brush on low opacity, and maybe smudging some of your layers just to smooth them together (if you're smudging, make sure to play around with the strength of the brush too).
The text also needs work...it shouldn't detract from your focal so much. Try different blending modes and opacities with your text, or apply your image on a new layer (shift+ctrl+alt+e) and then place it above your text and create a clipping mask.
