A new space scene I just finished. I have just learned how to make nebulas, so I wanted to try something big.
Please tell me what you think, critisicm is very welcome, but I don't want comments on how shitty it is or something like that. I apologize to Deep Blue, I overreacted.

Anyways, this nebula was damn fun to make, I will definately use nebulas more, since I think they are so beautiful.

the mountain is out of place, and altho the nebulas are cool theres too many and they too bright, planet is good but rings are very faint.

how do yuo make those nebulas?

(i need cloud like things for a piece im doing.. but they gota look like explosions)

if you used a tut, just link me

    anyway its good, i like

DB: Yeah, the mountain is a bit dodgy. But I tried several pics for the ground, but no one fit the rest, so I kept this.
The nebulas are very bright at some places due to sunlight from behind. I added some rays too.

EDIT: The mountain is a stock, thanks for reminding me to give a link on my DA.

Yeah, Terragen could probably do that too. I couldn't though. ;P Never tried Terragen, but I guess I will have to learn it later on.

you could learn it now, we could help each other - i started yesterday, and if you wana do decent space scenes you gota do.. TerraSpace scenes - you take a terragen redner, add a planet and a couple of nebulae - et voila

    (its what alyn does)

that looks awesome man, i think the mountain is fine where it is and it sets this piece apart from all the other space scenes out there. cool perspective like you're on one planet looking out into space. although i can tell you just learned how to do nebulas, the whole top portion of the scene is covered with them! a little too much in my opinion, but great work.
