umm it's a bokeh effect
there were more to the right at the beginning but i suppose i got rid of them XD
and it odoes sorta look outa place ~ XD

my first impression is.. it would be some kind of colorful tag ^^ looks awesome for me kinda grungy style i like it! kiu

I actually do really like this. Reminds me a lot of stuff I used to see a lot on another GFX forum. It's the actually the kinda stuff that got me into making tags. Only thing i would change is the wispy white on the right had side, would probably pull the opacity down on that cos it's a little eye catching atm.
