You need to work a bit more on the blending, light source, quality and make sure to erase excess white spots on the render.
Though the concept is good, you just lacked execution.

The rendering isn't that great, look around her legs very choppy. The face and feet are way too bright. Pretty much the way you have the skin their are way too many different shades. Try and keep the skin tones kind of even it will help a lot. The effects are pretty nice, but try and balance them a little more. You have a lot of empty space. Also, the lighting in general is off by a lot. One section it is off a lot is in the legs. There is way too much contrast. The light orbs on the sides of her legs would reflect more light then what is seen. Also, the lighting on her inner thighs has no light source, but has light spots. I would also add more depth. The image is very flat.
IMO this would be a very good start to an artwork, but it looks very unfinished. There is so much more you could add to this to make it work. I would keep on working. As of right now I do not like it that much, but it has a lot of potential.
