Question How do you put lighting effect ?

Aside from Render > Lighting Effects is there any way / method to add lighting effects to a tag ? Like putting some sort of light source in 2 or more spots.

    Thanks.

you can use the dodge tool or get a soft brush on soft light and paint in the light spots

and you can combine these effects

yeap, soft brush on soft light works well

But if you learn to use render>lighting effects properly it often looks a lot better
Remember, you can erase the part of the lighting effects you don't like

    1. Filter>Render>Lighting Effects
    2. Soft brush/Opacity Changing
    3. Filter>Render>Lens Flare, then screw around with the settings
