You have some great effects on the hand but that seems to be the only place where you have effects.
The text isnt really good, your lighting is great and you have a clear focal. I think its just a little too big height wise but oh well. Good job, this is something different.

i disagree with the above 2 comments, You dont have much lighting going on, yes there is lighting HOWEVER the lighting on the render is different then the bg, also to me it just looks like a render slapped on a blurred bg, try to blend them more
