IMO there is not much smudging going on! I can see some on her bewbs, but not LOADS its a good start, but you can do better

Bg is a boring smudge imo like mountford said not much going on
color and lighting would help it, text placement is decent but i dont care for text imo maybe its just because theres no color.. anyways kiu

Oh, I didnt notice the BG was smudged.. that tell you something about it? lol
Its good, dont get me wrong, although I think if you kept the default colours (which I imagine are outrageous as its anime) it was look a whole load better!
If not C4D, try some vectors coming from the bottom left corner, maybe a lense flare just some light source

What they said. You, like many other new people here, should try some tutorials. I know people don't like to but they're really a gold mine to help you get better. I think I'm going to try some here myself.
