Actually I did the lines in Illustrator but the coloring is so troublesome in AI, so I did the rest in PS. Regular brush in Illy for the outlines Morph

I just noticed I forgot his scar on the Sharingan eye. Will update it tomorrow and might play some more with the other eye too :P
