I like the flow to it but it seems a bit busy

also its over sharpened and you should erase the c4d parts that run over his face

+ add a bit more of a lightsource to the right of his face coming down at a 30-45 degree angle with maybe a 80-100 px soft brush and see how it looks

I preferer the second one.
But, I still think that it has to much going on and don't like very much that C4D over the guy face. Try the light source Ma12auder refered

This version looks a lot cleaner and more dynamic than your first

small changes equal big things ^^
