Don't laugh at me for using a sailor moon render, I keel you! >_>
    I like it.

So anyway, what do you think?

    Edit: Borderless version

Real nice mate, love the background and I think the render goes perfectly with it. Good text as well, real nice tag mate.

Just going to throw this in, all opinion based however, I don't like borders very much, 1 pixel being my least favorite.

The stock was actually green and orange, so I edited it to match ;]

And it's not the first time I've been told that... I dunno, I feel weird having a tag without a border ><; I'll try and get the idea out of my head xD
I have a borderless version too, throwing that up there.

    Thanks Gallagher :]

I wouldn't say that, whatever looks good.

Borders are something I look at as purely opinion based, it's not something I generally comment on, just felt like making an exception. I do like the borderless though. :]

    Thanks Gallagher :]
    My pleasure.

I like what you did with the effects.

But just a few things I think could be fixed.

The effects towards the bottom of the tag on the green/blue haired girl, I feel are a bit too bright. I'd tone it down a bit.

Now, I like what you were trying to do with the lightning, but I feel maybe a few touches to the tag could make it really pop, I would do some burn and dodging layers along with some curves and exposure layers to make the lightning pop more from the background, So like burn parts of the background and then lighten the lightning and parts of the focal to make it pop a bit more.

Blending, I personally think the blending could use a bit of work, might I suggest taking a 30-40px soft eraser brush setting it to like 25-30 opacity and going over the edges of the render with it. Just to make the blending a bit more smooth.

The lighting would be perfect if you made the lightning the only light source.

I would also recommend a few more gradient and photo filters to make everything come together real nicely.

Can't say I'm a fan of the text or border either.

BUT, now that I've finished with the "bad" let me throw in what I love about this tag; I absolutely love the flow, depth, the concept, the effects...So basically just work on your lighting, blending, and color schemes and you should be fine.

Sorry, I'm terrible at explaining stuff via text. -_-; PM me if you have any questions or need any further assistance.

I tinkered with the text for a long time and finally just gave up on it for the night. xD I'll see what I can do about it later.
