Default some wips (dont click if your cpu cant handle)

though I haven't been really active here on the void, I've been really working a lot and experimenting with photoshop

here's a print I'm working on for a friend of mine (jimi hendrix fan) who's moving into a new house. The lineart is somewhat finished, colouring has to be done but not sure yet how Im going to finish it. My first intention was to give it a sort of japanese woodblock print impression; the guy holding the guitar is not jimi but the friend im talking about

another individual project of mine; I sketched portraits of all of my friends on paper, and now I'm planning on paintbrushing all of them and composing them all in one print

some other thingy I started, experimenting with smudging and multiple layers

the works below here are pretty much finished, some stuff I've been working on the past few months

I've been really forcing myself to practice everyday, tips are very welcome (:

Some very nice work mate, the stuff you're currently working on looks promising and the stuff that you're finished with looks great.

The first one looks really good, nice lines, look forward to seeing it more completed.
Second is a good idea, and I like your style, only think I'll suggest is possibly paint the hair with a softer brush, also the lips may be a bit too dark, just an observation, not sure what your friend looks like.
Third, I can't really comment, too early to tell what's going on.

To the finished pieces, the first one is well done imo, I don't know who it is, but that you got that style.
The final piece is coo, the background I really like, the characters lines are good, the face is just a tad bit too simple for my liking.

Keep at it mate, stuff is looking good.

The swimmer is BEAST!!!! I love how you made the water and the action of the swimmer/fighter is not lost in all the swirls.

    KIU you've got great talent !! <3
