It's nice, but I'd take the outer/inner glow out of the outer borders.

And definitely take the 'Dick' out of the banner, unless your friend doesn't mind being reminded constantly about the nice deed you've done.

His customers might even be confused, lol.

Also, take the animation away from it. It doesn't look very professional, imo.

Most banners don't have animation, only a few do that succeeds.
If you really want animation in your banner, try a healthy dose of Flash

eh its aight man tho i cant read it...lmao colors are good but outer glow isnt that visable try some other effects

i like the main blue and white color scheme, but the red in the banner kind of clashes. also, on 1024x768 resolution, you see a giant white space on the right side of the screen, just doesn't look good. i'm not sure if you're familiar with frames, but you could code it in a way that those side borders will fill the remainder of the screen no matter what resolution.

noo its just simple layout i made it isnt finished still omg i will center it and i will use css on text , frames are noobish :P and that red is there cause its "czech advice" and czech flag is red-blue-white
