I love V2, the combination of gradient maps you used is great, I don't like the text placement, maybe try a different font and move it up a bit. I like the border with the outline of black then the inside of white, the environment you've placed it in made a lot of sense, the rising sun, the star stock and the C4D on top of its wrong.. Really GREAT.
Let me clear some things up ... there is no Stock Used at all... The Sun and the starts are one c4d... to be honest it was one of the first c4d's i found on google images so i just used it.
I really like the effects you used near the bird and in general
I prefer v1 bcause the colour of the bird is just better XD
The main problem that I see is that the sun to the left is too distracting because the bird, in my opinion, is too far to the right
So I say work on composition a bit ( not necessarily centred but less off centred )
And trying working on depth a bit
The text isn't bad but I don't particularly like it
Overall it's a nice sig
