Help with extracting

Hi can anyone possibly tell me if there is a easy way to extract just the iguana from this picture as the spines are being a nightmare to get.

Thanks Ebrithil & as for the iggy no it belongs to a friend of mine he also has 2 crested geckos, 3 bearded dragons & a snake which i can't think what kind it is.

I own a bearded dragon at the moment but want more reptiles lol.
