not bad. :P it just need a tad more cleaning and more detail, maybe reduce that grainy texture too it and add sumore fine smudge too it not to mention sharpening it. :3

the background smudge isn't going in one general direction, and it doesn't match the flow of the render either, hence it's messed up.
