Looks good, at first glance I would say this sig is very under-exposed. A general lack of contrast. The lighting you created is right, but IMO just a touch too strong. Some of the effects could be more prominent and create a better flow for the signature. Render blending looks a bit overdone but that's probably just a result of the sig being washed out.

Try using a Curves adjustment layer or a levels adjustment layer to add depth to your signature. You could also just use brightness / contrast to get the right feel for your sig.

Font looks good.
