Blur the bg a bit more to add more depth, sharpen up his face a bit, effects look good, not feeling the colors of the bg... maybe add a light source in there. Overall looks good man.

I didnt rendered that plusses with different angles for nothing. Check the ligthing on them and place them better. Need some foreground effect to be blended imo. And use a more dodge/burn. KIU

the splashes seem out of place, the colours are weird as well, not liking this one

The splatters are done with splash stocks -.- Or some hell of an awesome brush pack... it's not much of a secret :L
