Colourful. v1 for me. Cool Smudge. Render size is bit small in comparison to the size of the tag. the tag will look even more good if you can supress the emptiness imo. Try Adding a text or some effects.

I really like all the colors and how the render works with it. Try to make the render more into the background, though. Like center him and smudge some background over his feet.

very lq render imo its also empty as others have said. the last thing is i like how you "dulled" the blue with purps and pinks in v2 but i think that it decreases the flow and brings him out a bit too much

I think you should clean up the face a bit, it looks too blurred on the sprite. Other than that remove the text :P, looks good either ways.

Plus the color manipulation looks awesome.
