Clan website layout

I'm in the process of making a layout for a gaming clan. I was wishing for some feedback on what you guy think about it, or something to add/change/edit/etc. (btw, its not finished yet so I'm obviously missing some stuff - also this is a slightly resized version.)

i would make the Soldier stand out more and not be so hidden in the whole layout. it looks ok though

I like the update, pretty nice, but what happened to the size??? >.< Also change the navbar, that kinda sucks no offense. Got some nice ideas on there though, like the guy on the botttom, i like that.

Oh, Its hosted through photobucket and when its over 250kb it automatically resizes down to 250kb. As for the navagation bar, what should I do to it? Change the font, add decoration to it?

Dude, you don&#39;t want animation on a website unless it&#39;s something really simple like on biorust( biorust.com )see that little blinking button?? that&#39;s about the most i&#39;d risk putting on a website. Unless you are using flash and can do something crazy like bluecapacity.com lol.

That all the animation I was going to have. What I meant by more to come is another updated version (currently working on the toolbar). But is that too much its on 3 frames on image ready. I load it pretty much instantly every signle time I&#39;ve opened it.
