Take the scan lines off the render
Looks a little too sharp
Tone down the fx on the left some, play with the Fill?
Move the text to the left of the render, and whats the japanese figure mean? If you dont know, i would take it out.. Could mean ass-hat for all I know lmao
Also It looks like the renders distorted?

Be carefull with scanlines. I use them as small effects. Keep you focal clean! Scanlines are horizontal - flow is diagonal, so they don't "work" together. Render needs to be blended in. (read tut's on that - there are million ways to do that ) Colors are a bit over the place, try work with gradients on "soft light - 30/50%"
text is not in the best of places. Use some effects.
