the CU campus of Boulder Colorado USA has a huge gathering every year on 4/20 to smoke weed in public with little to no consequences basically cops are there but never do anything about it.

It's a date. April 20th, once a year on this date all the pot smokers gather around to smoke weed. It happens through out the U.S. and in Canada too, dunno bout other places. That's what 4/20 is, a marijuana celebration. lol
