Ok, I attempted to make a Military Style sig and av. before, But the scanline's in it were to dark and the brushing was too dark so i decided to redo both. here they are.

You should lower the opacity on the scanlines maybe.

I think the scanlines look nice the way they are

The scan lines are fine, think you should try it with a bit of colour though.
