I don't think its to bad. Maybe get rid of the blur or whatever you have one there for lighting. It makes any detail in the center lost or uninteresting. Plus Its also really hard to read. You seem to have some pretty strong elements in there but they are all so overwhelmed by that blur/whatever. I would keep working on it. It has some potential. =)
