    wanna know more about pen tool

    but i dont know how to draw snake wrapped

    found this one on here. google search for glowing pen tool line tutorial or something if you want further explanation.

    You basically just use pentool to create the snake like shape you want crossing over as many times as you want and then erase areas of the line where it looks like it should go behind your person, giving it the effect of wrapping around something.

    np man I know there are much better tutorials out there for glowing pentool lines, I have seen much better ones that show more and give more explanation, just try searching a little bit I'm sure you will find the one you need if you are persistent.
