It looks nice and clean except for the rendered people in the top right.

Your choice of type size is kind of confusing. Your headers are fairly legible and easy to understand, but the navigation font size is almost too tiny to read. Everything ought to have a bit more balance and in terms of semantics, be sized according to importance. No, the navigation doesn't need to be massive, but it shouldn't be dwarfed by other elements.

I understand this is a graphical concept and not done in markup, but you really need to work on things like alignment of your elements (which is terrible. I can't tell if you're working on a 3 column layout or a 2 and a half, or...), and anti aliasing your content text. Your content text should not use a non-web safe font (even if google api allows use of foreign fonts, it doesn't mean you should use them exclusively). In regards to alignment, make use of the rulers in photoshop and use the px scale. With web design, it's extremely important to know where each element lays on your canvas, pixel for pixel. This makes developing your stylesheet much more effective, and leads to cleaner code.

Why do you have 2 instances of the same navigation? Is this really necessary? For a larger site (much larger than this), you may opt to having a sitemap in your footer. But this style of layout where most of your content doesn't look like it's going to be fluid (or require more space than you originally designed for) really doesn't warrant even that.

The overall design is done okay. Minimalist designs are good where you have content to take in the attention of the visitor. But you really need to tighten up the areas I mentioned. They are really hurting the overall presentation of the layout.

I agree to ketg about the people displayed in the design, they does not look like the part of the banner design and it clearly looks like they are forced to stand their

    Really?

No offense, but aren't you in this new CNC group? If so, can't you give a bit better feedback than that? Saying something looks professional is about as valuable as saying the clouds look white today.

What does professional look like? Is there a style that is suited just for "professional"? Can you put a finger on something that is exactly "professional" as well as something that isn't?

Your first comment didn't offer much weight either.
