meh, looks like uve prolly use mainly filters, and on the st one, is that black thing made with normal brushes? omg...
aint too keen on either one of those but considering ur new... im just gonna shut up

nah im still gonna give sum pointers
go to http://www.deviantart.com/ and browse for some cool brushes, save them in the folder Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Brushes. And thats if you have photoshop cs. then go through some Brushing tutorials. Sure u can use filters, but i personally think that when u use filters, u do nothing by urself. and u might want to go through some Blending tutorials too.

I think your compos would look better if you used more that photoshop standard flare. I liked the space wall paper, but the typo doesnt work well.

This is something I did a few days ago, Iknow the little fellows arent totaly integrated, but I kinda liked the look they gave by just being pasted on.

Maybe youll like maybe not, just wanted to show it to all you guys.

I suppose its ok for your first go, but the black brushing in the middle doesn't suit, you need to learn more than filters.
