[Solitary]

well here is my poem collection :s

1-That I am here to stay
I searched far and wide to find someone like you
Someone whose words and actions are pure and surely true
I went through rivers and forests, through cities and glens
Before I found you, nothing would make sense

Your downcast eyes and pursed smile
Your heart you guarded well
Since life has treated you like a ragged doll
And sent you from Heaven to Hell

The light inside you I want to make it
Shine even more
And then someday to me you'll open
Your heart's door

And every night I look at the stars
And through the silver light I see
What I long for, in my sleep I find
I dream you are with me

2-I wonder where are you now
I feel that I have lost you and all I want is to have you back
I wonder where you will be
I will search for you and find you again one day

Why did the time pass us by?
Why did the gray cloud the sky?
How come all that I've done to you
Nothing of them seems so true

Your hand in my hand and I feel like I'm dead
The story begins right where it should end
When will my darkness become your light?
When will I kiss your fears goodbye?

Why do I miss you when I didn't love you at all?
How come this feeling made me curl up in a ball?
Why do I the story ends before it began?
And by idle chit-chatting we missed all the fun
Why, this story just began....

3-For now I have Returned
do not be afraid
come forth and step out of the darkness
and lean on my shoulder once again
do not be afraid
don't linger the past
now that I am here for you
let me know when you are sad
and I will make you glad
that I am here to stay

4-That we can reach what is untrue
You promised me we would one day
Fly together our kites
Yet the stars are falling down on us
And the clouds darken our skies

You promised me one day you'd show me
What I longed to see
Yet our eyes are blinded
Thus never we will be free

You promised me that we can reach
What is untrue
A broken promise since
I no longer have you

well I need to find my others but these poems well were written to some one who no longer is mine

sometimes less words work better... but the general flow is good.
seems that you miss that person a lot.. some darkness in it as well..

I for myself think that even in a relationship no-one "belongs" to the other and there should be enough room to "breeth" .... I hope you'll find what you're looking for some day..
