I do enjoy the lighting in this piece.
But their really isint much of a flow.
Besides that its quite interesting.

It feels like a wip to me. The broken ball is awesome, but other than that there isn't much to see. Also the colors seem all over the place.
And having seen your other tag on the wall, I definitely agree with your team.

the broken orb effect is a nice concept but it needs better execution imo
Try get a realistic shadow coming from the orb.
Also when she emerges.. try to make it have bit more depth to make it look like she really is in the middle of the orb

I think apart from this the background choice could have been better as well
