Worked on this vector for awhile, it was supposed to be for a team battle but apparently those have themes sometimes and I wasn't paying attention. >.>

Very nice concept, Littlefeet but I think it could use some more detail and the lines could be a bit more smooth.
I don't know whether or not you were going for the rough lines, but I think more smoother lines would look better.

The detail on the hair is great, but I believe you should add something more to define the person there, it was a bit hard to determine the position of her at first.
I just think it needs a bit more detail. Good job, kiu!

the girl vector concept and detail on the hair is awesome
your background looks too simple for what you have created,
also some of the liquify tool looks a tad oversharpened , fancier background please

I would agree, the bg in this feels as if it is just filler, not enough detail as you put into the focal. I would say put some thinner strips in there fading off the original colour it's sitting on top of .

I had planned to do more with the background but once I heard there was a theme (and it was not dancing flower dress girls) I just had to do some stars and move on :/

Happy with what the parts I did spend time on though =D
