I think the exposure under his arm is too high, and perhaps a little less on the vector graphics, it all looks a bit messy in my opinion

I would also like to add that I don't think overlay was the best choice of blending mode for the typo. :P

I think you should read more about compotlsition also check some inspirational art to widen your vision. So you can produce things closer to the art, maybe even some real art. You will realize what is art and what is not when you see more art. Good luck.
