This is really solid man. Everything blends amazingly and I really liked the sort of muted colors. Its really great. =)

underwater needs to be blurred and defracted.
when light goes through water it slows down, this moves the light and makes them seem in a different place.

Your cuts are a bit rough, but they improve with practice.
the blue soft brush in his arm pit is too bright..

Its a brilliant concept, dont get me wrong. Just in some places, execution isnt as good as in others.

I get the concept but what's the idea behind the big circular thing in the background? It seems kind of oddly placed and detached from everything else in the image. The only other think I could think of was the blurry feathers. The one on the left side doesn't really bring anything spectacular to the piece, and the others don't do much either. In fact, why ARE there feathers floating around? If the vultures are pecking at the dude, you would be more prone to seeing drops of blood from a torn out eyeball, but why would they be losing feathers? :P
