Just experimenting with some techniques in illustrator. I was listening to Led Zeppelin, specifically The Rain Song while I was doing this. So that's where the idea and everything comes from, loosely based off the song. I turned out better than I had expected, so I figured I'd post it up and see what people had to say.

I may change the model later. I'm going to let it simmer for awhile before I look again and start making changes (like always).

Model was changed. That's about all the modifications I made to it.

This is more of an identity peice, just me as a designer. A slight bit of self expression, more about my personal style. No deep emotional value to this one.

Yep, I took alittle while to examine it and the whole walking girl thing needs to be replaced. looks like crap! So, watch for the remix.

i think he has a point also the bakground is a bit plain.

It really has some potential - although theres a few things I think could be improve. First off, the white border is just way too much contrast, try toning it down to a black / dark blue? Also, the grey text doesnt work I dont feel.

Other than that - I really like it.

Hopefully that kind of took care of the contrast issue, Ryan. I wanted to keep that bright white frame to make it look kind of ...well framed. like looking through a window or something. I could see what you were saying though, I think this new model makes for a nice bridge between the two.
