Free hosting?

Anybody know of any good free hosting sites? Here's what I'm looking for right now...

-20mb to 50mb minimum
-high bandwidth cap
-high transfer speed cap
-CGI/PHP enabled
-no ads
-FTP access (obviously)

At the moment, with the Phoenix Project site what I'm really interested in is the bandwidth and no ads, but eventually I'll get the actual clan site up and I'll probably need more space, a lot more CGI/PHP, and a faster transfer speed.
Eventually if I can make some more cash though I'll just pay for some good hosting, but I'd rather get the site up now with free hosting then prolong this a few more months.

Ireally wouldn't ask for that much stuff out of a free service, or else no one would pay.

How about you just ask for a free service with no ads? Thats what I am looking for :P . And I have never ever seena nything close to what you ask with no ads. If you want ads, and lots of them, use HostUltra.

Both very nice free services no ads, with cpanel loaded. You must be invited though but it is very easy to get invites.

The Real Host is the best is what I heard.

Stay away from hostdi/alpha-hosting.
