I like the style, but the building in the back, now this is all in my opinion, would look better as a trophy and I really don't know what the blue streak to the left of him is for, also the grunge brush to the far left corner kind of takes off the focus.
No brushing whatsoever. All stock work. That's how I make my sigs.
And this is different from my usual style. I just used 1 main stock and then threw on a bunch of texture stocks and came out with this. But yeah, I'll look into blurring the stuff on the left.
