Its great only thing I have a problem with is the blending of the lighting on the render. It isnt shown much. I get the feeling that the squiggles should be emitting light. And the overall blending of the render feels off imo.

Ya.. I did some dodge and linear dodge on the light, the squiggles didn't really come with the light as I put it in. Thats why u see those "color" aura coming out of the squiggles. The blending (character) I think I need to "overlay" it with the same atmosphere =x (maybe a space stock). Though, I knew lighting was always the issue with my work since the lighting may cause differences in blending. I'll work more into it =x
Version 2: Without that stupid gray "lighten" layer I put in, kills off the color and improved lighting/bit of blending the character's color into the LP
Enjoy and tell me which version is better. V1 seems a bit blurry, don't know why though o-o

Try taking a soft brush and highlight the areas on the render with colors from the squiggles onto where it belongs and set it to soft light on an opacity to about 20-35 maybe even less depending on the intensity you have in mind for the light.

Ok, I did the soft brushing and some linear dodging with the brushes
I think the lighting issue is about fixed (About =P)
Last version with the LIGHTING =x
I think I don't need that much now since I prob overloaded the lighting ._."

i agree with DR, you lighting needs to be worked on, IMO i think that you should darken the part of the BG that is behind her head, but thats just imo. Keep working with your lighting though, use them softbrushes! But other than that its pretty cool, im loving the squiggly lights, can i ask where you got them?

Blending, lighting, and effects need work

Well I have to say that I like the colours a lot, however they could have been positioned in a way to compliment the flow of the piece. They also look low quality in some places (especially the sparks, particularly on the forehead). It also looks very chaotic, I'd suggest trying to bring out your focal a little more.
Not bad, keep it up!
