Text needs a lot of work, don't use the normal yellow outer glow (or any, to be correct) and definitely don't do the in shadow thing, makes the font look strange.
Pretty nice concept but there needs to be a wow factor, also the white glow is a bit too overpowering, good start though.

Yeah i see your point hmm , i fuckin tried 100 variations of the text and nothing came good of it only this was kinda decent to me but i see that it`s not.And the white glow cannot changed it :S well thx for the advice will be cautios on the text next time when i work on something and will search for some text tuts !

And one question guys after saving the psd i cant fix it ,i mean i cant delete layers,cannot work on layer etc (After applying image its like that) just can continue to work where i stopped previously at the psd is there any way to fix this,dont laught at me xd ! ?

Hmm, Lose the text, it's horrible :s
the rest of the piece looks Ok, as said before, needs the wow factor.
maybe the wow factor would be easyer if you remove some of the red effects at the bg, but keep the ones on, and close to the focalm, so it will stand out more... and then make those spots a bit darker

But well, overall it looks nice, just try to find a way to get that wow factor

Agree lighting and text need work and it needs a wow factor like JoShO said.

Don't apologize, that's what we're here for . I suggest reading up on some text tutorials and finding some new ideas, that's the most important thing for you at the moment.
