    well.. this is my first piece. i just messed around with photoshop really. im brand new to using photoshop please be as honest as possible.

    i used scan lines, some blur, a rectangle shape, a little fillers and thats it lol

    Well tbh you didnt do much other than cop it :O I suggest reading some tuts, but keep working at it and youll get there

    yeah i know lol.. i just layered some effects onto it. BUT, i'm brand new to photoshop so it's a start

    well sometimes theres nothing wrong with that, its a great start, good photo touch up, but its wayyyy too sharp!!
