Well Its a vector of a league of legends char. Teemo. I love nathans style so i did this vector in his style and i loved the outcome. I did not trace it! so i am pretty happy with the result. Thanks for all of the tips and pointers Pet!

I wouldn't really call this a vector, more like a silhouette with eyes.
I'd add more whites to it.
