    Thumbs up My First Photoshop Painting Of A Person!

    self explainable, its my first photoshop painting! i'd like as much criticism as i can get really and constructive tips for more realism ?

    I'm only half way through but some of you can tell where i'm going with it and can help me out i'm sure

    More talent then me xD I think you gave her neck really good detail as well as her nose, though I think her shoulders are off a tad as well as the back of her head with it's hair doesn't look like it is pulled back, kinda just looks spike more like, you get me ?>.<

    proportions are off...
    My tip for this is.
    set guides at 33% and 66% horizontally, same vertically, on your source and on your actual canvas..
    Then draw each box seperately in rough to get an idea of shape.
    Then go over it again neater.

    give some shadows on her face, more glow in the eyes, maybe eyelashes,so eye would stand out. PM me, i saw very good people face tut in DA! ;]

    She needs bigger hair, i think it would make it look a lot more natural.

    Her hair needs more depth, also she needs more detail all over but like you said it's only half way done.

    Proportions definitely.

    When I first looked at it though my eyes went right for the extremely large ear. Maybe it's just me but maybe that's a bit too big xD

    Great detail

    Add more hair on the top of her head, looks really flat.

    its cuz i tried to add a plug in her ear aha ! and thanks guys, i'll take in your crits, proportion / hair etc, i was trying to make the image her laying down too if you get me? so once I add background, pillow etc it might make it look more natural, but thanks alot guys
