1st time trying with background smudge and some liquify Cnc and yeah i forgot to use the curves :/ and yes worked on stock

Random lens flare in the corner doesn't work.
Also there is no depth whatsoever, the style of the smudge/blending of the render has gotten rid of any chance of depth.

Try burning some of the background and also not smudging so much of the render. This style could be good with some tweaks
