The flow needs work. Think of flow as having "All the elements of the peice guide the eyes to the focal point". The focal point here is the soldier's face. There is some brushwork you did to the right of the peice that leads the eyes away from your focal point or, "the soldier's face", it's flowing in the opposite direction. Try to get your effects to always seem to glide towards your focal, not away from it nor to another direction completly.

This sig also ignores other essential concepts such as lighting and depth.

Seems pretty mainstream to me the flow doent bother me as much as the person above me.
There is indeed a lack of depth but I have no suggestions on how to add it in this type of tag.
Other than that its pretty neat, perhaps a bit too simplistic but the direction you are heading with this has mad potential.
