what grinds my gears is that...he removed the watermark...the text and uses it as his own probabbly ...I hate these kind of people in the field... really do. If he ever asked for a premission I probabbly would've gaven it to him.

He really should credit you for that, especially as he considers himself a designer O_o

I guess the subject of 'ripping' can be debatable though, I mean sometimes people may do things as practise (like tracing), or it could just be a coincidence.
Not that I'm saying thats what this is, its just an interesting topic.
