Can't help but point out though, that I think the old channel layout is being scrapped soon D=

yeah maybe, but then youtube would hurt themselves with alot of people like the old one

Red and blue only work for super heroes.
I'd go for a different shade of blue, or grey instead of red.

Well you can still use half of the background on the new layout - I'm not sure if it allows the backing to be transparent.
At first I hated the new channels but I've grown to like it more, and things to really work better when you can only play around with the side bits imo.

only the sides are adjustable ( whateva ) nothing can be set to transparent ( i already tried ) thats why i hate the new channel lay-out

Its a bit late but thnx and btw you can still change the channel lay out to the old lay out ( its in the bottom it says "dont like the new layout? Change to old lay out" something like that
