I just started using Photoshop 7 like 2 days ago. and im still learning and all.

I like it for a beginning work, If it was clearer it would actually look like really nice water to me (I know, It probably wasn't meant to be clear).

Where did you get the "Eye" theme going out of that background?

Haha! I thought that the water was the eye. Then you poisnted out there are real eyes in there.

I liked it better when I thought the swirled water was supposed to resemble an eye.
